The advertising industry in Vietnam is fiercer than ever, filled with countless generic 

portfolios. As an outsider Junior Copywriter with a Mechanical Engineering background 

at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and zero agency experience – I knew full well

that my dream of joining top Global Agencies in Vietnam was almost a Mission Impossible.
